多謝grace姐關心，neck、前後左肩都痛，而家睇緊醫生，要留家幾個星期，保險會賠，如要确定對方賠要搞成月后

neck=whiplash during the car hitting from behind
shoulder=probably the seatbelt pretensioner doing its job stopping you being thrown out of the car.

i suggest going to a chiropractor since you can't really tell if your back and spinal are hurt. the other party's insurance should cover all the medical cost anyway so just request your family doctor for referral.

physic time... car from behind doesn't need to travel fast to push your car to hit the car in front of you. it's the stopping force pushing from the car behind pushing your car and your foot lost balance and off the brake pedal during the sudden hit.

airbags, seatbelt, and the car seat saved you from most of the injuries and the car crumble zones did a good job absorbing the force instead of your body taking all the hit.
