he shouldn't sell those experienced players and just use the young player. Like MU (Scholes, Giggs...etc), Chlesea (Terry, Lampard), Liverpool (Gerrard), their success is based on the experienced and loyal players. We do have this like Henry, Bergkamp, Adams...etc before. But now the team is more stressed on young talent players. Sometimes they cant handle the pressure and we need a leader to lead the team. I hope they can buy some experienced players and change their policy to sign a longer contracts with players over 30.
