yeah the fan is running
94 accord
checked not the coolant leak
not the fan
not the gasket
is that might be the fan sensor?

可能個水箱蓋 hold 唔到個水壓...
行熱咗車...蓋邊有冇煙出???

no la, after that time everything back to normal....
i was thinking the mechanic didn't really close the cap tightly
either the reserved tank or the radiator cap

應該唔關個師傅事，如果係冚得唔好就已經唔見左啦
有可能係個水膽在那一刻沒有打開引至水溫過高噴左出黎
如果你個水膽用左超過五年的話就換左佢，唔好搏

finally found out it was the radiator fan(the new one) was defected....
just brought it in for exchange and it's done:D
paid 0 dollars lol

Make sure the radiator fan is on in high speed. If the fan is ok, the check the theromostat... Also, the radiator cap may have problem too.
