go cydia addsource http://cydia.hackulo.us then u search appsync 4.0+ and install0us 4 then install.

After install all, API unavailable, what is means for ipad2?

not only iPad2 facing this problem,even ip4 also.bcos the server get error,so u will see the msg show API error etc. Try again later should be ok.
