Why? Because I know the reason....
Go to the Bank page and looked for when's the last time bank give you money.  For me
最後利息結算日期: 2011-8-18 15:01
If I clicked on any bank links before 8/19 15.01 the interest will be gone and the 最後利息結算日期 will be recalculate base on when you do your banking.  So DO NOT BANK IN OR WITHDRAW UNTIL YOU SEE THE INTERESTS AMOUNT.
I hope explanation is cleared.  If type this in Chinese I will DIE.
