There can't possible be a way, the reason being the following:
+ \) V% m. O) u ^ h3 N) O$ y' meveryday the person being picked is randomly generated, that means for a person to have 99.99% chance of being picked that takes over 600 days: J( R: y! i5 i4 E: V
lets just assume only 2 person in the entire group is the unlucky one, and that would case over 4 years of time just to get everybody out in the yard once
