not sure how things work in your country but junior doctor is not allowed to say your dad has 肺朥 under both hk and canada rules.  the final decision is determined by a licensed medical doctor.  where is your dad now?  KL or cat city?  should find a better doctor in large city not the so called doctor in the middle of the mountain!

we don't know the true story behind it.  見習醫生 aka junior doctor doesn't have the ability to determine what kind of illness orange's dad has.  maybe it's the licensed medical doctor being lazy and let that junior doctor do the job.  in that case, sue that medical doctor!
