; M+ p" L! p. n, e {公仔箱論壇黑松露聽上去和日式料理好像沒甚關係,但原來黑松露的菌香配上豚骨湯,可減低湯底的濃膩感。曾蟬聯「北九州拉麵節」的冠軍金田家,全新推出之黑松露拉麵湯底,選用了肉味香濃、肉質嫩滑且脂肪含量極低的日本黑豚肩肉,再配上用秘製醬油醃製成的叉燒。師傅為保持水準,每日只會限售20碗,想吃便要趁早。 |
