材料 :
2 F4 v+ h% I2 k) m- {' P2 r# Htvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- 牛腩 1斤 切成大塊 $70
- 白蘿蔔 1條 $4.5
- 老薑 3片
- 八角 3粒
- 蔥 1條切段
- 柱侯醬2湯匙
- 冰糖 4小粒
- 水適量
調味汁:

- 把牛腩拖水洗凈,去血水,切件。蘿蔔去皮,用滾刀法切件備用。
- 起油鑊,下薑片及柱侯醬炒香。下牛腩炒勻。加水蓋過牛腩大火煮滾後,加入八角及冰糖,轉小火炆半小時。熄火等侯15分鐘。再開爐火重複煮滾後轉小火炆半小時,又再等候15分鐘。
- 再開火煮滾,加入白蘿蔔炆約半小時,熄火等15分鐘。
