Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.公仔箱論壇7 T( `* Y- Z! h7 Y9 s& L
Anyone have suggestion?????

Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
9 O9 Z$ b) i+ S$ F  Stvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
