Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.
& q2 ^! z) p2 @$ FAnyone have suggestion?????

It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
0 ]9 M7 V  D2 Q  C1 j9 A* ~9 ?3 N公仔箱論壇Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
