[問題] london chinese food

anybody know where to go in London for "drink tea" with good dim sum? and dinner? HK style please.

Go to Bayswater. The Chinese foods there are better than China town. If not mistaken the best dim sum I ever had was in Bayswater and the restaurant name is like 皇朝. The interior is all black.
