i think is this is a BT file......
and in the BT setting there u got put the add .bc! file extension for imcomplete file.....
so, it cant watch.....

u go to uncheck the hide extension for knows file type, the delete the .bc, then try againts...../ h9 Y/ |2 T0 t- v& [ B7 L0 I
u can go to my computer, upper there a tab, click the tools, folder option, view, and in the advance setting there u can see the the hide extension for knows file types......
