BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，3 ?9 [) m( o: w9 U9 Q
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.6 Q8 I+ {2 N/ n' w% C
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇+ _" w2 y2 S* U2 s. Q! B% Y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 T% i, E8 P( P) F- c2 j7 }
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
3 c. v  o* l0 X# q$ k$ |I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

7 o2 C1 u: N$ v; a/ E: X/ B公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
