BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
0 u$ m6 b8 n% f) [5 |/ H1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.; v$ F! M& |! h7 K% r; _
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇/ U+ s; R9 M( I+ l$ F! z

, e+ L. _; _9 {  Mtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
