您所在的用戶組無法下載或查看附件, why do i have this message, i want to download something but i cant, pls help

becoz you're "原始人" tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 r( K5 K0 ]/ i& ]4 W, ?
you need to have at least 50分 or more
then you can 下載或查看附件,

i too have that problem i want to download game but it wont let me i got 65 points y ???
