Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

/ |& ]" V) n6 N. W; a3 MBut after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 B  U3 \+ q) j' w# ]! b; m
It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!! A0 p" B$ |7 n! m
Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

Try these steps (in order)

9 Z, {& a2 t7 j1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。. |/ F/ T9 w( N4 A, w
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
7 S& u( o0 u& Y# J3.) Utilize a previous recovery pointtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 ]6 k: H1 `5 v7 A$ z
4.) Wipe computer
