BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
5 a5 J6 _7 f# itvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.9 c# \' }1 I0 \# L
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
( o  d4 n" v+ ]! ^- U3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

1 P7 x! E6 s' x  `Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇1 C, C# b5 r( G$ K! K" ^
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

9 i1 W9 g! A) e6 Z2 o, Z7 rTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
