BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。. ?; b6 ]5 P( `9 ^3 }' ?8 j
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
3 \) Q, Q$ o: X8 Z0 M9 A1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.+ q9 E& K" w; O3 I- p
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
9 o, W$ n/ I1 i/ R2 Q公仔箱論壇3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

: n( l& W3 R$ x& R- b# fTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
