（吉隆坡29日訊）工程部副部長拿督楊昆賢說，政府已經撥出2億令吉，作為6條大道過路費不上漲的賠償金。

楊昆賢在總結時，行動黨華都牙也區國會議員馮寶君窮追不捨，一直要求工程部解釋南北大道屬下4條大道過路費不上漲，政府究竟要賠還是不賠事宜。
6 Q7 T- a& f+ S5 R6 S1 G馮寶君說，首相署部長丹斯里諾莫哈末耶谷曾表示，馬友乃德集團有限公司（UEM Group）與公積金局聯手收購南北大道，將成立一家公司重組公司及探討大合約，所以政府無需4條大道在未來5年不起價做出賠償；可是，馬友乃德及公積局卻說，政府需在5年內賠償50億令吉給該公司，這兩者究竟誰在說謊？

另一方面，針對國大黨主席拿督斯里三美威魯卸任後將出任印度基建特使一事，楊昆賢以三美的委任不屬於工程部的管轄為由，拒絕作出回應。

this pm got brain already, they don't allow government to increase the tolls, and most of the citizen will not make noise coz no increment of the tolls.....but they use another EASY WAY to take from us....that is straight away take from citizen money (which the tax we paid yearly and daily).....
