i have a quick download rate for non bt file

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。2 o0 a) q, @9 R5 z+ t
however, there is some problem with thunder

but mainly there is a very limit uploading speed for thunder usertvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- ^5 H1 g4 D( \2 v! o8 M9 i: X
so that even though u download very fast,
