There can't possible be a way, the reason being the following:

lets just assume only 2 person in the entire group is the unlucky one, and that would case over 4 years of time just to get everybody out in the yard once8 q- p# S9 t/ B& l7 M+ |
any solution proposed would be statistically impossible. |
