i already signed up the 2mb/s plan 3 months ago because i want to download bt files faster..i can reached 200kb/s at the beginning..( w% \5 m: k3 d; r0 Q' d/ c" L2 P3 F
these 2 weeks my max speed is 50kb/s only!
