[Windows] 求助！driver问题！

本人使用compaq presario 的v3821au型号notebook !!前几天format了去vista ultimate后！
缺少了两个driver ！

一个是sm bus controller 一个是coprocessor !!
另外，当我插入headset时，headset没有声音，反而我的laptop speaker还是有声音！
请问还怎么settle呢？？

我有去compaq的web site里所有的driver都下载了！
就是剩这两个driver

headset方面我也检查过了！
没问题！！
朋友的电脑test过了！！

but after i download the cck_my notice about the driver and instll it !
my sm bus contorller and  coproseccor are been install !!!

i got done this !!
and i notice that if i install anti virus !
my com will become slow and slow !!
so i still not yet install any anti virus !

my external hard disc had something wrong on it !
when i plug in to my laptop , i open and see !!
some files that i never hidden become hidden already !!
then when i click it back to normal i notice that that was a file name as as it !!
when i  delete it , i cant open the files already !!
anyone can help ??
plus i cant delete some files !!

简单来说，举个例子,animation , 我这个files时没hidden得！
但我开来看时，我发现有个files也是animation而且只是1.33mb !当我delete它后，我开不到我的animation了！！
请问该怎么办？？
