i think is this is a BT file......
: s$ N: R8 Z/ uTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。and in the BT setting there u got put the add .bc! file extension for imcomplete file.....tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- b3 r1 }: {& [+ e  E% C
so, it cant watch.....0 x  I5 j# y1 ~6 C, ]

u go to uncheck the hide extension for knows file type, the delete the .bc, then try againts.....os.tvboxnow.com- q' O6 a; ~1 S& r+ I9 A
u can go to my computer, upper there a tab, click the tools, folder option, view, and in the advance setting there u can see the the hide extension for knows file types......
