Please don't penalise someone just by his accent...  I've seen plenty of ppl who lived in English speaking country for decades (some who even were married to a native English speaker) but still speaks in a "weird" accent.
吴卓羲 is HK man, Mr. Ma is Canadian. Don't you think he got to knows a bit of English.
