唔好嚇我........果糖無咁易肥吓........反而汽水就少飲為妙喇!! Not lying to you ar, both fruit sugar and sugar from cook will make people fat ar.
I mean they are still both sugar, there is no different.
The only time you should eat fruit is before you eat food, because it helps you fill some of your stomach,
and also help you digest.
But never eat it only or eat it after you eat food, because it will just become sugar for you to absorb ga jar~~!! |
