BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇' i0 U! D6 i0 ]- |% f
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* _' \9 v( B% O0 n5 D$ W' r6 ?- N
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇$ o. ?4 E! i# J" G

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.os.tvboxnow.com. H" t5 ^4 |6 H; }1 x
4) The version , you have is not good.
0 s; S5 |1 d3 \$ WUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
' ]3 v6 ~. z5 utvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

1 Q" h4 W& [) @3 P: W! `% MTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
