U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.os.tvboxnow.com$ f$ w6 c& p8 W6 v6 ?

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
