When I conduct the speedtest at speedtest.net, the dl speed was 700+ but when I use the Bitcomet, the dl speed is only 10+

the reason is tmnut block p2p 2 d, K, C6 D) v( }4 g* P& [1 atvb now,tvbnow,bttvbif u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 j) I/ P5 B$ g+ ^
try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
