利物浦領隊賓尼迪斯相信球隊有力擊敗車路士打入歐聯決賽。



繼05 年及07 年後，利物浦再次在歐聯四強遇上車路士。不過這次賓尼迪斯的對手不再是摩連奴，而是格蘭。



雖然如此，但賓尼迪斯仍有信心能夠再次擊退車路士入決賽。「我們總能在被看低一線下入決賽。既然兩次都能入決賽，這次要打入莫斯科的決賽也絕非無可能。」



「當然所有人都知道車路士是一支難以應付的對手。這次他們在次回合有主場之利，但相信他們也會覺得這兩仗將會是硬仗。」



射手費蘭度托里斯也相信球隊有能力繼阿仙奴後在歐聯再次擊退英超聯球會車路士。這位西班牙射手甫加盟紅軍便替球隊擠身四強之列，他認為加盟利物浦並能出席這樣重要的賽事令他夢想成真。



「我們在聯賽兩和車路士証實兩隊實力相當接近，我們有信心能夠進軍莫斯科參加決賽，當然也希望自己能夠有機會在這些重要的賽事裡上陣。」托里斯說。

i have a doubt this tie, chelsea are stronger than arsenal in defence and better/more experience center mids. this tie with chelsea will be very hard. but if we beat them, we will win the cup no matter if its man u or barca, of cuz barca will be an easier team to beat hehe...

I am not worry we can't be beat Chelsea .... I am worry we have to face ManU. We just keep losing to ManU no matter how good we played. Also their defenders just keep scoring to us.
