在繼造訪「鋼鐵俠」Robert Downey Jr. 的漢普頓豪宅後，建築設計雜誌《Architectural Digest》帶我們來到 KAWS 位於紐約 Brooklyn 的住所，這位傳奇藝術家同時也是雜誌 12 月刊的封面人物。KAWS 與身為雕塑家的妻子 Julia Chang 以及兩個孩子一同居住在此，這座寬敞明亮的摩登住宅為工作室改造而來，由日本室內設計大師片山正通（Masamichi Katayama）操刀打造，除了首次曝光 KAWS 與 Campana Brothers 合作的 BFF 座椅和妻子 Julia Chiang 的雕塑創作外，大量來自村上隆、五木田智央、George Condo、Raymond Pettibon、Mike Kelley 與 Alex Katz 等藝術家的經典作品營造出讓人身臨畫廊的錯覺。「我並不會為了一個特定空間添置藝術品，」KAWS 說道。「我只是收藏自己喜好，同時希望有一個空間可以展示出來。」

宇宙長老族群 Elders of the Universe，是 Marvel 漫畫中活在宇宙的最古老個體，他們均來自曾經存在過的不同高智慧種族，每位都是唯一的倖存者，而且大部分年齡已超過五十億歲。



每位宇宙長老都有各自的興趣，例如分別已在電影《Thor: The Dark World》和《Guardians of the Galaxy》登場、喜歡收集東西的 Collector（Benicio del Toro 飾），以及最近在《Thor: Ragnarok》正式登場、喜歡比賽遊戲的 Grandmaster（Jeff Goldblum 飾），另外漫畫中還有天文學家 Astronomer、跑者 Runner、園丁Gardener 等成員。Marvel Studios 總裁 Kevin Feige 近日接受 Fandango 訪問時，提及了有關 Collector 和 Grandmaster 兩位宇宙長老，未來在電影中合作的可能性 :

We love the idea that they’re brothers. If you go on the Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout attraction at California Adventure in Anaheim, you will see a picture on Collector’s wall of he and the Grandmaster playing some sort of a space chess game, which right now is the only place you can see the two of them in a frame together, but let’s hope that changes someday.

自從 Grandmaster 和 Collector 進入 Marvel 電影宇宙後，很多媒體都以「Brothers」形容他們的關係，Kevin Feige 未有對此說法作出正面回應，但他並不排除這兩個角色，在未來 Marvel 電影中合作的可能性，值得期待。
