Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% w7 y0 b; q& v) |
Anyone have suggestion?????

! m. k; v7 S2 m9 W' [: P0 f- ttvb now,tvbnow,bttvbBut after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.0 p' o8 E5 d9 V7 x4 }  \# S# b* k. c9 V
It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
- ?+ O; C# n7 z; T* b; ?TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software

4.) Wipe computer
