Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.

It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
9 ?) P0 i' F: P# J8 C! l+ f% Ttvb now,tvbnow,bttvbSomeone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software

: {2 f3 Q5 C/ a( z4 o' n4 z8 ~0 o- K4.) Wipe computer
