帝苑酒店東來順以加拿大穀飼牛肉創作多款北京淮揚風味菜式,如霸皇牛背骨($148),牛背骨先以四川鹵水汁醃製再炸香,配上蒜炒老干媽豆豉醬帶出惹味。至於荷葉五穀牛仔骨($328),以加國牛仔骨放在東北米上,以荷葉及酒泥包裹再焗製而成。其他菜式包括牛肉骨茶($138)、牛涮鍋($288/位)、砵酒牛舌燒蠔($138/位)、紙包西冷($168)及紅袍辣子牛油果肉眼($258)等,供應期由即日至5月31日。
