炒粉絲最怕炒到又腍又散,最近俾我發現某品牌的韓國粉絲,質地夠粗身,店員話最適合用來炒煮,我受即管買來試試。其實煮法好簡單,炒之前只須將粉絲放入滾水中用大火灼幾分鐘,盛起瀝乾,然後炒熟配料後,將粉絲回鑊兜勻就搞掂,絕對容易。咦!食落又幾彈牙煙韌,真的不錯喎!os.tvboxnow.com- o1 N" }( `1 w7 E. _' W. r# x
