4 i O' k/ b) f2 t4 UI am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].1 g1 d) j, J5 H3 v, h0 \/ f
- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.$ _; g% N! U, z+ S5 b
- Line completly clear.
