Request for the Chinese Star

Hey Friends,
Can anyone upload Chinese Star XP or 2006 for me??
And anyone knows why my computer cannot see the chinese language when using xunlei and others chinese software..
Pls pls pls.. Tq

Lz..u go Control Panel---Regional Languange option---advanced change to Chinese PRC after restart

Restart finish click Thunder V choice last 1 ...is language click no1 tat 1 is chinese PRC'

after u can see the thunder jor... hope can help u
