BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 n2 G2 t8 R1 K3 b
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?os.tvboxnow.com3 ~6 F+ { g0 m* k
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.6 `+ K, L2 ~$ Q' Y% o {+ u" K
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.7 R7 ?3 t/ Y. Y6 G; O/ _: B+ n
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5 B. P, U5 {) }# h; o5 `, e3 q. S
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 7 t% F9 P! y* m& ~6 o3 K# O* o

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
