U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.公仔箱論壇! W+ E$ L {$ @) K4 F/ E

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.# h7 A2 Z: Q/ {8 C
