U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent. os.tvboxnow.com, K8 G* H& E7 A+ {$ J

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! Z' \% _9 k4 [8 o1 j% L

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6. f% r0 O! B6 Z8 u0 Y* h: k- }

And are you using Vista or XP?
