[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread公仔箱論壇* ]! @1 S# O9 Z+ _) c" L5 b, `' N
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps% t0 d# z0 Y; g
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps6 i: I" o/ a9 h3 `0 R
2 x; r: u" u7 ~/ [, _6 }9 A1 n
Method:

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces
$ P& E. D- m! h1 ]" O: X9 m
MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic clovestvb now,tvbnow,bttvb5 {5 z  W" s# X5 b* B
1 tbsp. dried rosemary1 I' s" `7 k0 w9 U; n7 V
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)
Freshly ground black peppertvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) C) z  V1 G" W/ D' Z. U( c
Salt to taste3 L! B+ H' a% T' \" i$ f& u
8 Z9 V: G$ U) _3 P  Q% G4 C
Method:
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
