[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other breadtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& A' C9 c; J" J1 {3 [/ Z; @; S
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps公仔箱論壇2 }! a1 ^9 D/ q5 E$ r% Q  }
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:
# D, L) \: A. Z+ }( R7 p
Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces公仔箱論壇  s# X9 R1 ?0 n% V( j* {7 G; U
- j  g& q& c, p! m  ~( I( c
MARINADE:TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。" ?% R2 y5 Y" [* G2 [* F2 }- e3 w
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine+ s6 \5 ?( z& ]' F
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste4 V9 A( v$ F' U% v' C

Method:2 d& ^8 A6 a% b) P& G
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
