( [1 B0 l v1 btvb now,tvbnow,bttvb好好食,好成功,當初以為無乜肉食同唔知點整,所以無想過買,見佢又唔係好貴買來玩吓,食落原來好多肉食,佢d骨,皮一樣咁好味同香,第一次做己好滿意,我一煎好個魚頭媽媽己急急用筷子品嚐(因太香啦),佢話好香三文魚油味,仲食得好滋味,而且三文魚含奧米加三,有益心臟健康,對大人小朋友嘅健康好好架 ,今次用這放法炆一樣好味,菇菇好夾三文魚頭味道,d支竹同豆腐吸晒汁料味道好好食呀,不過日本味噌確令這煲菜增添風味呢![](http://l.yimg.com/mq/i/icon/16/67.gif) |
