[中式食譜] 臘味蘿蔔糕

材料:

1 \' z4 o# Q' g8 Z+ |: \鹽2大匙, 白胡椒粉適量 ,在來米粉1斤(600g), 水4杯

1.起油鍋放入沙律油燒熱, 放入蝦米, 臘肉丁拌炒一下, 放入白蘿蔔絲炒勻, 放入鹽,胡椒粉 炒透, 改小火悶軟tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 X$ x5 S2 a- u, Z0 j4 g
2.在來米粉加水調勻, 1.料倒入邊倒邊攪勻成糊狀

4.鍋中燒開水 蒸籠放上蒸40分鐘
