- 马来西亚乃是石油生产国,生产的石油提炼后,先满足国内需求,多余的再出售以赚取利润,本就是理所当然的,根本就不存在津贴问题!
複製代碼 This appears to be a simple question, and the answer may be complex. I don't pretend I know the answer, but I heard the crude oil produced here is more of the "light" grade (meaning the LVN or Light Virgin Naphtha grade) which is not very efficient in refining into gasoline (or petrol). But it can get good price in the crude oil market. However, you hv to buy the "heavy" grade to refine into diesel & petrol. So, even the "heavy" or HVN grade has gone up to $130 a barrel, you would think the net spending vs income should cancel each other out, and not to burden the rakyat. But, this is not happening. So, something else is going on... |
