[資訊] 主動式懸吊 Active Suspension

隨著人類生活水準的不斷提昇,人們對於交通工具的乘坐舒適性及操控性的要求也隨之提高,為了滿足人類的需求、增進汽車的舒適性和操控性,以及擁有超越其它車廠的領先技術,各家車廠對汽車懸吊系統的研發也因此不斷的進步。從改變傳統懸吊系統的彈簧磅數、避震器的阻尼係數等,到近代的半主動懸吊再到今天要介紹的主動式懸吊系統,其目的都是為了滿足人們對汽車舒適性和操控的要求。

主動式懸吊系統(Active Suspension)除了彈簧及減震筒之外,再加入液壓致動器,油缸、油幫浦、蓄壓器、伺服閥及電子控制器等裝置,有些則捨棄了傳統懸吊系統的彈簧。它 的作動原理是以受壓液體的液壓能量轉換為懸吊系統的機械動作能量,當車輪上下振動或車輛在轉彎時液壓致動器內的電子感測控制器會量測液體壓力的變化,並將 這個壓力變化訊號傳送到電腦,電腦接收到這些訊號後會依照車速、負重、側向G力、轉向程度等數據變化,輸出一個控制訊號到伺服閥,將高壓的液壓油經由致動 器內的電腦控制閥門送出或送入,藉以降低車身之振動。這樣的動作都是在瞬間就完成,因此車內乘員幾乎無法察覺。

Now a day every parts is controlled by computer is good,is comfort, is safety but is kind of losing fun and the feeling of the road surface to the steering wheel  ! and where the simple enjoyment of driving ? that why there is a lot of people buy a lotus as a weekend car ! even is not very particular and bit expensive ! and also  if they go wrong and i don't think they are cheap to repair ! BTW thanks for share la !
