Sydney (Scottish Gaelic: Baile Shidni) is a population centre and former city in Nova Scotia, Canada. the provincial government only pays the doctor the first 50 patients each day. the next 15 patients seen will get paid only 50%. any patient after that won't be paid by the government. that's why it is hard to see the doctors here...
