Here's a little culture shock for you, here when the garbage truck plays Fur Elise (and other classical)
when they showed up, even the kid knows its garbage time. Isn't it cute?
Garbage collect is not door to door, you take the garbage to them. And used only bag that you have to 'buy'.
Look at the 2nd video, they are outside Taipei and can used any bag for garbage....
