[健康資訊] The Rules of Living Healthier!!!!

Below are the rules that one must follow in order for them to live healthier:1st = Drink at least five 8-ounce glasses of water a day.0 k9 o6 M! U# n5 _4 w: @! C

3rd = Take a magnesium supplement for magnesium at least 250mg. In the multivitamin, the mg of magnesium doesnt enough for an adult. So, besides taking multi, magnesium pill should also be taken.
