其實一間車胎廠有那麼多size的車胎要做
又有乜理由會個個月有唔同size嘅車胎做到出黎

Thanks to that news program, many of customers always ask for the production date of the tires before they put it on...
the thing is - when we purchase tires from suppliers, we can't return the tires if cust doesn't want the tires...
even dealership has to sent guies home early as well, and it is more difficult to sell jobs, even brakes
The advantage of flat rate is that tech will looks for jobs and try to makes time
however, some techs will do a bad job in order to make time
and the front counter has to deal with the angry customers...
I don't think it is fair for you in flat rate when you are new in the shop
you could lose time mostly
you only make time when you are more familiar with the brand
--assume you worked in dealership--
even we haven't received any recall info from toyota canada as we are in dealership yet
Toyota Canada finally issues "recall" for yaris
it is about the seatbelt
