URGENT Help! Can't load any websites..

I hope someone will understand this and be able to help me?

I can't connect to most websites, not even google , facebook, msn, yahoo.  like any sites...

The only one I can get to is TVBoxNow  and only through http://210.6.90.153 ( the china server?)  
and another website I can connect to is http:// sugoideas.com

thats it.. if anyone knows whats going on.. please help me..

sorry for typing all this in english, but i cant access the site i use to type chinese either.....
