TS File lags when play

 ，  描述： Beijing Closing Ceremony 18GB
Hello, My brothers
I downloaded the Beijing Olympic Closing Ceremony 18GB TS File
But I play it with the VLC it lags
and the Media PLayer Classics plays only with audio but no screen
I need Help
