Step 1. Open iTunes in Library select Music.

Step 2. Open your folder contain your mp3 music file.

Step 3. Use mouse select one or more mp3 music files and drag to the iTunes window you opened in step 1.

Step 4. Sync.

Step 5. In your iPhone open iPod, you should see and play all the mp3 files you've just imported to your iPhone.
