BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& V6 j  ?' n  |" Y( |: A) [& v

+ i$ A) p1 L5 `' f$ [9 Tuser mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++公仔箱論壇; h9 @3 \. A# i# a4 B
now only up to 30++ in KL area...

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting
